The soul should always stand ajar, ready to welcome the ecstatic experience. — Emily Dickenson
In light of those heavy words, I made these delectable gifts of cranberry salsa for our Moms in place of Easter baskets loaded with chocolate baby animals. You remember this recipe. I hope they liked them.
“E. Bunny was PMSin’ this week so all she left you with is some salsa. Sorry.”
That is all. Thanks and have a spicy day.

I love the fabric you did for your jars! I always get great ideas from you.
Happy Easter
I love the stripey fabric too – I got it on clearance at Hobby Lobby last summer. Hope your Easter was wonderful!
These are a hit with mothers – unless and until you find out your your mother doesn’t like cilantro. But even in that case, the jar and salsa still look great!
Doh!!
cute and tasty! double bonus! glad you enjoyed your Easter and I don’t know about you, but here in H2Otown, sir CS made an appearance ~ it was a balmy 60ish degree weekend! woohoo!
Yes! Sir CS was here too – it was grand!!! It made for some perfect frisbee throwin’ and egg tossin’ weather!
We did have a super time in the sun. Finally, it was so good to see it and feel the warmth. I loved the salsa and ate it with a spoon. I appreciate my wonderful creative miss! Can you believe that egg toss? Alyssa and Taylor dropped it at least 14 times before the egg broke. What is up with that? love mamap
I’m glad you enjoyed your salsa – it’s really good on salad and with chicken and rice (if you wanted to stray from tacos)! The egg toss was nothing but my finest moment…can you believe my winning catch!? Neither can I.
Oh that’s adorable!!! You’re so creative!
I’m trying to be good and use up stuff from my monster craft bin!
I wish I was your mom
We’ll be sending some neighbor treats over soon!
