Girls Scouts. I was one. I adored it. Here’s our troop on some field trip out in the unforgiving Alaskan tundra:
Hard core, eh? Oooh if only we had Pinterest back then, think of the crafts we could have busied ourselves with! Tweens nowadays have no idea how lucky they are!
And even though you didn’t ask, my favorite Girl Scout cookie is the Samoas, by a massive margin. But, truth be told, they don’t hold a candle to homemade cookies. What is your favorite kind?

You are all misguided. Do-si-dos (better known as peanut butter sandwich) are clearly the best girl scout cookies.
I think those were new after my girl scout days. You *know* how much I love peanut butter, so those would have been right up my alley.
I love thin mints and samoas and shortbread and lemon cookies. i do not like peanut butter. thank goodness there is one thing on my “i don’t like list” the “things I like list” is as long as WAR & PEACE, unabriged version. ::)) lv mamap
My “things I like” list is long and hearty as well. Also, “things I want” is right up there with it.
